CANCELLATION POLICY
The deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment (1 time) if requested within 24 hours of the original appointment time. A 15% cancellation fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or for lateness exceeding 15 minutes. Appointments not confirmed at least four hours prior will be automatically canceled.
